The mission of Midland Adult Services is to provide quality programs that enable the people we serve to reach their highest level of achievement and become contributing members of their communities. To meet this goal, Midland Adult Services provides community housing, job training and placement services, as well as social/recreationa l experiences to support and enrich the lives of adults with special needs.
